Fantastic Apartment Getaway!

The apartment was really spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay! The location was perfect, providing easy access to many attractions. I found the reception staff helpful with directions and recommendations. The balcony was a definite plus, I enjoyed having coffee out there each morning.
There was a slight smell in the corridor! but this did not affect my stay.

The apartment included a washing machine that was really helpful, especially when traveling with children. The bedroom was large. It featured ample space for luggage and moving around freely. I really appreciated this convenience.

Ideal Quayside Stay!

I found the location amazing. It was right next to the quayside. The apartment was spacious and I felt comfortable. It had everything one could need for a short or longer stay. I highly recommend it. I had a charming time!
There were some issues with the blinds in one of the bedrooms, though. The sofa in the living area looked quite old.

There are multiple dining options nearby, all within walking distance of the building. Guests have easy access to cafes and restaurants, so they can enjoy a variety of cuisines. You do not need a car to reach them.

the staff were very friendly. they sent a text on check-in day to confirm my arrival time and inform me of options if I wanted to arrive earlier. i found household cleaning products to be a bonus. there were plenty of toilet rolls and pillows.

the receptionist is absent after 6pm from monday to thursday, is not 24/7 as advertised.

the apartment had comfy beds. check-in was simple, and the evenings were quiet. i appreciated the proximity to st james park stadium, a quick walk away, though the city centre was a 10 to 15 minute walk.
the bathroom sink plug was not working, it was a small issue that slightly inconvenienced our stay.
