The apartment size accommodated six people easily. i found household cleaning products available, along with ample toilet paper and pillows. Two bathrooms added convenience. i liked that it was close to the quayside, made for pleasant walks.
the receptionist is absent after 6pm from monday to thursday, is not 24/7 as advertised.

the apartment had comfy beds. check-in was simple, and the evenings were quiet. i appreciated the proximity to st james park stadium, a quick walk away, though the city centre was a 10 to 15 minute walk.
the bathroom sink plug was not working, it was a small issue that slightly inconvenienced our stay.
